Others I have stayed in have been dirty and rundown. Research welll before booking. The pool is average. The beach access is the best in Galveston. Overall the place could use a good scrubbing and some piant. For the price they charge, they could fix the place up a little. We had an awesome view of the pool and gulf.The staff was very helpful, we even got discount tickets to Schlitterbahn. Love Michael's burgers we walked to down the beach and across the street, we will keep on coming to the best place on the beach! Sheila 7/29/2008 8:47:00 AM We stayed in 1303. The unit was awful. The carpet was filthy. The walls needed painting. And the upolstered furniture was nasty and smelled bad. Management wouldnt refund our money, but sent a cleaning crew in promptly. They did the best they could with that they had to work with. We definitely wont be back. It was way overpriced for what we got. If you get that unit, wear shoes at all times and cover the furniture with something clean from home!
